This site has a free DISC test. There are many out there that are more robust but this is a starting point if you want to look from this perspective.

Gifted to serve is another free online survey that looks at 25 gifts listed in Scripture. It's good to look at this from a few different angles as each survey will phrase the questions differently.

The Clifton StrengthsFinder™ measures the presence of 34 talent themes (strengths). Talents are people’s naturally recurring patterns of thought, feeling, or behavior that can be productively applied. The more dominant a theme is in a person, the greater the theme’s impact on that person’s behavior and performance.The themes have unique names such as Maximizer®, Acheiver®, and Learner®. this site gives you a starting point to explore this testing style.  It does require a fee to get access to the test.
